In the Australian August interest resolution just announced, the Reserve Bank of Australia maintained the current cash rate of 0.1% unchanged. The result of the interest resolution is in line with market expectations. However, because the Reserve Bank of Australia did not increase the scale of debt purchases due to the Covid19 epidemic in New South Wales, it slightly did not meet market expectations. As a result, the Australian dollar jumped about 30 points against the US dollar.
The Australian dollar is now quoted at 0.7402 against the US dollar, the Australian dollar against the onshore RMB 4.7826, and the offshore RMB 4.7799
